Equestrian Liability Waiver
Please print and bring to your first show of the season. This is required by the Mesa County Fairgrounds to be on file with GJHSA before anyone boards or rides a horse at the facility.

Helmet Waiver
Required by the Mesa County Fairgrounds for any youth (18 and under) who is not going to wear a helmet for mounted events.
